Based in Los Angeles, Gil Seton Jr., has served as the manager of SP Investment Fund, LLC, since 2003. His responsibilities have included acquiring general and limited partner interests in limited partnerships that own affordable apartment properties. Gil Seton, Jr., has successfully overseen investments in limited and general partner interests accounting for well over 10,000 affordable housing units across the United States. He has also guided the company’s investments in emerging health sciences and biotechnology companies, including HepaTx, Coral Genomics, SF17, and Allotrope Medical.
Gil Seton balances his duties at SP Investment Fund and other related entities. His leadership activities include negotiating land purchase and sale agreements, securing local land-use approvals, and coordinating projects with architects, contractors, and property managers. He has successfully completed multiple low-income affordable housing projects.
Mr. Seton attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as a real estate and finance student. Before graduating, he was chosen to receive the Samuel Furman Memorial Fellowship for academic excellence in real estate.
